Oceanfront Pool Sleeps 16!

Oceanfront Home - This newly-remodeled oceanfront "Second Sunrise" sleeps up to 16! New flooring, paint, and furnishings.

New large pool is 16x36 and can be heated permitting temperatures stay above 55 degrees at night for an additional fee of $125/day or $650/week plus tax. Outside grill included. Large sunset front porch with plenty of seating. Large sunrise screened-in porch with rocking chairs and comfortable seating overlooking the ocean. Two large ocean master suites with king beds and roll out couches. Lower level (ground level) has 3 separate bedrooms, plus a bonus bunk bed room (2 single bunks separated by a heavy curtain), a roll out couch and two full bathrooms. Please note that the inside staircase is spiral (as noted in the pictures) and may be difficult for some to use.

I will book up to one year in advance. Weeks become available, if not rebooked, Sunday for the week (and one year) prior. I typically book up one year in advance.

Dogs are allowed with prior approval. $150 Dog Fee. Please advise prior to checkin. (Additional dogs $50 extra 3 dog limit.) From May 1 through Labor Day, dogs are allowed on the beach only before 10 am and after 5 pm. Dogs and bicycles are allowed on the boardwalk only between 5am to 10am from May 1 through Labor Day. From the day after Labor Day to April 30 each year, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. No cats allowed.
