This home also boasts an inviting floor plan, one-of-a-kind stained-glass windows and stunning creek view. Additional features include comfortable accommodations, wet bar, gas fireplace (available in the cooler months), and patio with grill. An interior low-rise tread stairwell with midway landing offers convenient transit between floors.

GROUND FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 2 DOUBLES, 2 BUNK SETS (4 singles), 2 baths, den, game table area with dry bar opens out to canal side patio with grill, laundry room.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3 (full cable pkg), wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, combo Keurig/drip coffee maker, countertop ice machine, wet bar with mini beverage fridge, ceiling fans, gas fireplace (winter use only), interior low-rise tread stairwell, walk-in laundry room, canal side patio, grill, enclosed outdoor shower, fixed and floating docks on tidal canal, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit. HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays will be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Unauthorized pets discovered at this rental home will cause risk of rental termination without refund. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

GOLF CARTS are a fun and convenient way to shuttle the family to and from the beach. Call and ask us about golf cart rentals in our area.

DISCLOSURE: One doorbell ring camera is located above the front entrance facing the parking area and front yard.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
