Located within the Litchfield by the Sea Resort, The Hamilton is part of the oceanfront Somerset Village noted for its Bermuda-inspired architecture. Private amenities include swimming pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, and two beach boardwalks with rinsing shower stations.

Hamilton 503 features beautiful improvements throughout as well as a spacious, top floor (5th floor) balcony with panoramic beach and ocean view. The balcony also overlooks one of the community pools tucked behind low sand dunes.

Glass sliding doors framed on each side by picture windows bring abundant natural light as well as the spectacular ocean view into the open-concept common areas. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas are perfect for sharing time with family and friends.

Two bedrooms have king beds - one with access to the oceanfront balcony, and all three bedrooms are en suite with signature bed & bath coordinates.

POOL / BEACH ACCESS: Hamilton’s oceanside outdoor pool and hot tub are centrally located. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.) The nearest beach boardwalk access is located on the building’s south end.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Enjoyed the location and the property. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars for cleanliness is that the unit is a little dated. It was not dirty, but some of the furnishings were definitely "lived in". The community was amazing! From the ocean views to the marsh views, it was the perfect location for our trip (Beach, Golf, and fun...).
