Nice 1 bedroom Scandinavian design 50m from the beach

The apartment is located in the city center, in the middle of shops and 50m from the beach and the Casino. It is located in a beautiful residence from the 1900s and was refurbished in March 2018. It is decorated in a contemporary style, with great care for the finishes.

You will have access to the whole apartment: the bedroom with a double bed, the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table and a corner sofa bed, the entrance with a large closet and the hall bathroom with bathtub.

Household linen is provided (pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, bath towels). At the end of your stay, please remove the sheets, pillowcases, covers (but not the mattress covers or pillowcases) and place them in the bathroom.

A second almost identical apartment located just below is also available for rent.

Quelques équipements de base manquent

Pas d’huile, de vinaigre, sel, poivre, sucre. Même pas 1 sac poubelle pour l’arrivée. Pas de séchoir à linge. Le lit en mezzanine a un matelas en très très mauvais état, la peinture s’effrite et l’échelle est cassée. À part cela l’emplacement est top et le logement était propre.

hygiene douteuse avons trouvé sous vetements des anciens residents sous le lit.vitres sales.four sale. pas de lumiere dans la salle de bains pendant la semaine malgres signalement des notre arrivée. cuisine equipée mais il faut absolument tout ramener ..sinon emplacement super.

Immer in Strandnähe - wunderbar

Wir kennen Houlgat und die Normandie und hatten für diesen Urlaub ein Apartment in Strandnähe ausgesucht. Es ist einfach schön, morgens oder abends oder tagsüber schnell mal ans Meer zu gehen: zum Schauen, zum Spazieren, zum Sammeln von Fossilien und auch zum Baden, wenn die Gezeiten es zulassen. Das alles war vom Apartment aus direkt möglich. Und dann natürlich die wunderbare Umgebung und die schönen Ausflugsziele. Perfekt.

Appartement propre et bien situé. Avons regretté que la télévision ne permet pas d'accéder aux chaînes intéressantes comme la 5 ou la 7. Un tout petit bémol sur les produits d'entretien manquants et la base d'épicerie telle que huile et poivre. Pas commode d'acheter ceux-ci quand on reste trois jours.
