This cosy villa is located in the peaceful area of La Font, just a 10-minute walk from the charming town of Pollença, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops. The beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç and Port de Pollença are only a 5-minute drive away.

The house accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms on the upper floor, both with air conditioning (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), as well as a full bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower over the bath, a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning (installed in August 2023), and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen.

Absolutely loved our stay. Villa had everything we needed (a trolley bag would be a good addition for the Lidl trip). Outdoor space is stunning, lovely to pick your own lemons from the garden. Supermarket and the gorgeous Old Town of Pollensa are in walking distance so no need to worry about getting around. Highly recommend, will definitely book again.

Girls Trip

To celebrate special birthdays we booked this villa. After a two year wait (covid) we finally were able to travel. The villa is fabulous and has everything you need. There are a couple of supermarkets in walking distance (a trolley bag would be useful in the villa). Also in the other direction is the beautiful old town of Pollensa which is stunning. The outdoor space at the villa is fantastic, incredible pool and lovely to pick a lemon to go in our Gin and Tonics. Highly recommended and will definitely by booking again - may even take the hubby next time 😃

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit Hundegebell

Das Haus ist gepflegt und der Hausbetreuer wie auch Eigentümer sind sehr engagiert und reagieren sehr schnell. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Leider gibt es jedoch ein ganz entscheidendes Negativmerkmal: die Hunde vom Nachbarn haben ständig gebellt und das schon morgens ab 5 Uhr früh. Der Eigentümer wurde von uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht, doch leider konnte er nichts bewirken. Wir haben uns aus diesem Grund den ganzen Tag woanders aufhalten müssen – was sehr schade war. Deshalb in der Gesamtbewertung nur 2 Sterne - wir würden auch nicht noch einmal dort buchen. Man sollte mit den Urlaubern immer ehrlich umgehen, dass mit dem Hundegebell zu rechnen ist.

Wir waren mit der Finka und dem Service sowohl der Agentur, als auch des Eigentümers sehr zufrieden. Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem, was einen dort erwartet. Wirklich traumhaft schön und auch ein großzügiges Grundstück. Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es , da auf dem Nachbargrundstück drei Hunde in einem Zwinger leben, welche zum Teil nachts wirklich viel und laut gebellt haben. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Würden wieder buchen.....

Speed of responce

The villa was as described, not over luxurious but we didn’t expect that. When we went to use the sun loungers one was broken and one was on its way out. We phoned the owner and within a couple of hours they were replaced. We were also impressed by the lad that cleaned the pool, who came back a few extra times because of the bad weather and leaves and other debris had blown into the pool, that I thought was over and above normal service

Kleine woning met heerlijk zwembad en tuin

Het huis is vrij klein en de woonkamer is en blijft nogal donker. Natuurlijk geen probleem als het zonnig weer is en je buiten op het overdekte terras kunt ontbijten. Keukeninrichting is compleet en de bedden en badkamers zijn goed. Een heerlijk zwembad en een zeer ruime tuin. Woning ligt op loopafstand van Pollenca en vlakbij is een goed restaurant (Brasseria). Ook de supermarkten zijn vlakbij. Wel zeer veel (steek-)muggen wat volgens ons mede veroorzaakt wordt door het bassin (voormalig zwembad?) met brak water in de tuin. Ook de buurhonden zijn met name 's avonds zeer actief, dus oorproppen mee! Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en kunnen dit huis aanbevelen. Met slecht weer kun je hier beter niet zitten.

entspannter Urlaub abseits vom Trubel

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool am Rande von Pollenca. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Man kann die Stadt zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Der Ort ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der gesamten Insel. Ein Stern Abzug für fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten / Haken für Garderobe, Handtücher etc. im Haus.

Very nice villa which held rustic Spanish charm.

A villa to be enjoyed, super pool and very nice location. Lovely large garden with fantastic lemon trees. It had all that we needed, however the only reason for awarding 4 stars and not 5 is that there was no real satellite tv for English speaking channels. Don’t let this minor draw back prevent visiting a very nice 👍 property !!

Excellent location fabulous scenery - well provisioned villa

Enjoyed the scenery - beautiful views from windows. Enjoyed sitting in gardens - it is very much in walking distance of the Old town and Calvari steps. Lemon/orange/mandarin/grapefruit/almond/grapes growing in the garden. Perfect. would go here again
