We are happy to welcome up to 6 adults (2 Queen beds and 1 Dbl bed) + 2 children under 3 y.o. (2 baby beds available on request).

✅ Beds are made on arrival and bath towels provided.
👍We also make sure there is enough soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper.
☕ Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar upon your arrival.

Centrally located ☞ 15 min walk to the Annecy Old Town ☞ 25 min walk to the Annecy Lake and Jardins de l'Europe ☞ 5 min walk to local shops (boulangerie, super market, pizza, pharmacy).
☞ Open air market in the Old Town open all year round every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The apartment has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, 3 beautiful bedrooms giving access to the balcony, 2 bathrooms and WC, FREE Parking which is private to the residence (parking plan provided), high speed Wi Fi.
Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an open wardrobe.

It is perfect for couples with baby, families and business travelers.

The lake and its beaches are easily accessible by bicycle (allow 10 min by bicycle or 30 min on foot).
Leaving the accommodation on foot you can also enjoy a pleasant walk in a park with a playground, ideal for families with children.

⛄ The nearest ski resorts are Le Semnoz 25 min, La Clusaz / Manigod 40 min, Le Grand Bornand 40 min.

Bel appartement proche du centre d’Annecy

Cet appartement dans une résidence des années 60 a été entièrement rénové avec soin. Il se situe à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre de Annecy. L’arrivée s’est fait sans souci, dans un appartement très propre. L’ensemble de la prestation est conforme à l’annonce, avec un bon équipement. Un seul bémol : fenêtres ouvertes, nous entendons les bruits de circulation d’une route assez passante.
