Overall the property was quite good. We only had slightly bad experience with the beds as one was too soft and one was two hard. It has a nice little kitchen area although we didn't use it as we were cooking at our family's house.
A very cozy and safe place to unburden and relax. Very quiet. Very peaceful. Juneau traffic can be confusing, but this location is a very safe space. The host is incredibly kind and flexible.

Great Place to Stay!
Quiet place, well appointed, warm, everything you need for a stay. It was close to the stores. Customer service was awesome. We were there for a medical reason, and having only two steps to get into the place was wonderful. Good cell phone reception as well. Has Roku for tv, which we use. Never any trouble with that service at all.
We would stay here again.

A clean and quiet respide.
When we go to Juneau, we ALWAYS stay here. The rental is clean, quiet, and and pet friendly. The rental is well stocked with dishes, and a comfy couch to rest upon. The bed is great, and if you happen to get cold at night, there are lots of warm toasty blankets to be had. Like I said at the start, we always stay here.
If we ever had a problem, upon contacting Kelli and her staff, the situation has been resolved asap.
Come on down :) it's worth it.

Fabulous little place
Kelli and Scott went above and beyond for us, we are so grateful. High Grade is perfect for getting work done or simply relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need and the fenced in backyard is great for dogs. It sets you up well for a walk at the glacier and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. I cannot recommend these lovely people more highly.
Very comfortable beds very nice interior. The only problem I had is I am 6 foot and the shower is set up for someone who is 5 foot I don’t like bending over when I take a shower.
This guest stayed at the property during a severe flood which is an anomaly. He could hear the sump pump relentlessly trying to pump the water out of the crawlspace. This isn't normal but was an anomaly situation during this guest stay. I'm so glad we were not one of the properties that got flooded during this incident!
The space was clean, making it feel fresh and inviting upon arrival. It was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a day of exploring. What truly stood out was the thoughtful attention to detail; it had everything I needed for my stay, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. Communication with the host was fantastic; they were responsive and provided helpful information, making my experience even better. I highly recommend this space for anyone seeking a lovely and well-equipped safe place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Wow, Hazel! Thank you so much for your detailed, kind endorsement! Yes, please! Come back and stay with us any time you visit Juneau!
Manager was helpful in booking whale watching tour. This is house split into 2 sides. Pluses are washer/dryer & wifi. VERY close to airport and Mendenhall glacier but not downtown. We gave it a 4 because there is not sound proofing between the 2 units ---- we were VERY aware of the family next to us and they were not trying to be noisy, just kids.

Nice for IM Alaska
Nice space and suitable cooking supplies to support our stay for Ironman Alaska. ~1 mi walk to the high school where Ironman Village was held and staging for the race day shuttles. Also an easy walk to the Juneau bus stop, however we found it more convenient to rent a car. Also very convenient to Mendahall Glacier. Host even set us up with ample shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Only item on my wish list: robust wifi. We had poor cell service so were relying on wifi to make local plans, and this was frustrating at best. Also the TV works off your home log-ins, and again, unstable wifi made passing time while it rained outside a bit frustrating.
