We would love to have you as our guest! Welcome to our updated, well appointed 2nd floor condo in gated Falling Waters community. Our goal is to have you relax and enjoy our comfortable condo - clean, cozy and inviting. And just wait until you see the HUGE lanai for morning coffee, outdoor dinner, family game night or a relaxing evening glass of wine.
Large pool, club house, tennis, bocce, horseshoes, etc.
Professionally cleaned and sanitized between all tenants.
Close to beaches and downtown Naples shopping and restaurants. Fishing, bike trails, Naples Zoo, Botanical Gardens, all minutes away.
Marco Island and Isles of Capri are just a short drive away and provide even more beach and restaurant options.
Dogs permitted (Additional fee, 2 dog max) Bonita Springs is less than a half hour drive and has a great dog beach!
Two bedroom, two bath, huge lanai with lake view, secure parking. Twin beds can convert to king in 2nd bedroom.
HOA requires 30 day advance notice of renters. Please submit rental request as soon as possible.

Condo was in a great location. Extremely well stocked, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and had everything we could have asked for. Pool was amazing and complex we’d very well kept. Would definitely stay again. Lori was extremely helps and easy to communicate with.

Best stay yet!

Sixth year in Naples and this was the best by far. Clean and comfortable for 4 adults and two pooches. Everything you need in the kitchen and for cleaning. Plus neighborhood is just lovely. Waterfalls and lush landscaping all around. Great pool too! Only wish it was available next January!

Home Away from Home

My second summer in this condo was equally as wonderful as last year. I felt like I was in my home away from home. The condo is beautiful and well-maintained. The area is the perfect location for anything you want to do in SW Florida. I’ve already reserved for year 3!!!

My rental experience was delightful and all I had wished for.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The lanai was my favorite place. I started and ended my day enjoying the beautiful pond and waterfalls. The large saltwater pool was awesome! I enjoyed meeting people at the many clubhouse activities. Everyone was so friendly. The weather was beautiful and driving in Naples was easy. I will definitely return!

The Perfect Place

This condo is absolutely perfect. It has a coastal decor without being touristy. It is very comfortable and well maintained. Everything you might need is provided. The screened in porch is the perfect place for morning coffee or reading a book in the afternoon. The community is safe and also well maintained. The pool was wonderful on a hot summer day. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was. I didn’t want to leave. I plan to return next summer!

Wonderful condo at Falling Waters.

This property was a home from home. It was beautiful and so well equipped. The owner had thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and took time to check in on us to ensure we were happy. The view from the balcony was a highlight. We would definitely book this property again.

The best VRBO stay!

This apartment is better than the photos. The view on the covered lanai is stunning and especially beautiful during heavy rain. What a lovely spot and the apartment itself is full equipped. I spoke with the owner many times and she was so quick to respond. We stayed 3 months with our babies and mother. It was the best stay and would highly recommend!!! A++

Newly retired couple, finally bought a condo in this place we love so much. We split our time between our two "homes".

Why they chose this property

If you are looking to relax, but still be within driving distance of everything this is the place for you! Beautiful, well maintained Falling Waters is a very friendly, laid back community - but only 7 miles from downtown Naples.

What makes this property unique

Dog friendly condo, huge pool (sorry, fido needs to nap while you are there). Located in south naples, which is close to everything but not as congested with traffic. Multiple options for golfing, fishing, dining, shopping, nightlife, gyms, parks and recreation are all just minutes away.
