This unique suite is directly across the street from the University of Victoria and a short stroll to one of Canada’s best beaches. Easy bus access to anywhere in greater Victoria.
The suite is beautifully equipped with free private parking. We welcome guests from all over the world. Join us. The suite features two bedrooms,a full bath, living room with fireplace and comfy sofa.

The hosts were so helpful and friendly. The space was clean and well stocked. The best was that the beautiful backyard was an extension of the living quarters- where we spent most of our time. We lucked out on weather too! This was very convenient for us walking to stores, a pub, the beach and our son’s convocation. Thank you!

Excellent location! Short walk to the beach and across from the University of Victoria. A really nice neighbourhood. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Apartment was cozy and functional. Beds were crisp, clean and very comfortable. The deck adjacent to the beautiful and colourful back garden with its large lily pad pool and flowing water was a peaceful place to sit. Driving in the front one is greeted with rustic charm and colourful flowers, flowing vines, and trees. Loved the ambience. Coffee ,tea and fresh cream in the fridge kindly provided. Barry and Jane were kind and considerate hosts. Barry accommodated our need to park a van and 1/2 ton truck ( no parking on the street). Something to mention if you book with an oversized vehicle. We would definitely stay again.

Great space for families in Victoria

Excellent location and space for families. The hosts were fantastic and accommodating. The only concern was the road construction right out front that made it a little challenging to maneuver.
