Gently rolling hills and stunning morning sunrises await you from the comfort of this clean, modern, cozy, coastal cottage located on the 1st hole of the Flamingo Golf Course. Conveniently located just 5 minutes' walk to the popular Flamingo Clubhouse and Sam Snead's Tavern with exceptional five-star dining!

You'll love the small enclave of homes in charming Falcons Glen, Lely Resort, with friendly, considerate neighbors, and just minutes to the beach, restaurants, and shopping!

Take a dip in the heated private pool, enjoy an evening under the stars in the hot tub on the large private lanai. Entertain at the outdoor undercover bar or enjoy breakfast poolside.

The galley kitchen includes a spacious island counter, and the dining room gathering table seats 8-12 guests--- perfect for a party with friends and family.

Cappuccino - Espresso maker, and a Keurig K-cup single cup-PLUS large carafe coffee maker are ready to help you start your day in paradise, and every convenience has been provided to make your home stay comfortable and worry-free!

The large master bedroom and luxurious master bath include a soaking tub, and spacious indoor shower, and both bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoos, and other necessaries ... and super soft, fluffy cotton towels. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen high-def television, and hundreds of channels to choose from.

Take a spin on our beach cruiser style bicycles within the neighborhood--- all provided for your fun and pleasure. You're just a 5-minute walk to Sam Snead's Tavern at the Flamingo Clubhouse, where you can meet up for drinks and appetizers, and enjoy one of the best lunch and dinner menus around.

The house was absolutely spotless and exceptionally well equipped ,we had everything we could possibly need. The pool and the jacuzzi were wonderfully warm, which made them perfect even in winter, especially on cooler days. Jack was an outstanding host: very friendly, attentive, and always happy to share helpful information. We truly felt well taken care of and would gladly return.

Our stay was magical! This property is located in the sweetest location in Naples, within Lely Resort, on a pristine, quiet street. You have two options for pool-time,. at the home or just a 2 minute walk down the street to the QUIET Falcons Crest pool. The community pool has a covered area with frig, counter and table. The home: very clean and stocked to the top with condiments, paper products, ...and probably anything you may have forgotten. We typically don't sleep well on vacation, -we love our sleep number mattresses at home ...so, every mattress falls short from there. This home has sleep number mattresses! If you're not familiar with Sleep Number head on over to the website and you'll understand why they are special and why I've never seen a rental with one. A good way to summarize the experience is to say that renting from Jack was extraordinary, all around! From the wine and chocolates upon arrival, incredible response and communication, to looking at properties with him (which was NOT preplanned) and ultimately purchasing a home in Naples. Again, we've purchased multiple homes over the course of our marriage, yet-Jack is the first real estate agent (he is also an attorney) that guided us calmly, professionally, and with the assurity that he will continue to come alongside us with his wisdom, knowledge and friendship. Relaxing getaway

We had a great time on our vacation. Jack was a great host. The home has a very nice layout. The kids had lots of fun playing in the pool. The pool and spa were very nice. The home is close to stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay! Naples is a beautiful city!

We’ve stayed two weeks in this property and had a great time. The house was clean and it had everything we needed (plus a golf cart). The kids loved the pool! Great home-clean and perfect for a family.

We stayed for the month of April and brought our adult children down with our grandkids. We loved having our own pool and hot tub, but the community pool is steps away, for added enjoyment. The home was clean and had everything we needed- including a golf cart. We LOVED the location- not as busy as Naples, but close enough to downtown Naples, and Marco Is.

Fantastic 3 bdrm home overlooking golf course

We stayed a month at this beautiful ranch on the golf course. I used the hot tub and pool every day. The home was close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The property manager, Jack, was fantastic and always available. Any issue we had jack took care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this home

What a wonderful time we had at this house in Naples! It has everything you need while on vacation - a heated pool, hot tub, golf cart, bikes, grill and more. It looks out onto a beautiful golf course and is a short walk to the club house where you can eat at Sam Sneads Tavern (which was delicious!). The master bed and bathroom were spacious. Two of the rooms had sleep number beds. The house is tastefully decorated throughout. I’d stay here again!

Great Florida escape!

We had a great week staying in this lovely home. The home was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and had a beautiful golf course view. The owner was responsive to anything we needed. The community was beautiful as well. There is a lovely restaurant located on the golf course called Sam Snead that is only a 10 minute walk from the home. The food was so good that we visited it several times. There was a large grocery store and some other restaurants conveniently located near the property as well. The home has everything you need for a great stay and everything worked well.
