About this property

Maison Elora, at the foot of the Heric Gorges

This family house is located in the heart of the village "La Coste", ideal for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts will have something to do with the GR, PR and mountain bike trails that pass nearby. You will have easy access on foot to the cycle path and to the various activities offered by the site.

We welcome you in an old village house completely renovated combining the charm of stone and the style of contemporary. This atypical and bright house, full of character will, we hope, capsize you.
This house is located in the heart of the village "La Coste", ideal for nature lovers.
Composition of our 70m² house:

The ground floor consists of a living room with its cocooning space to relax in front of an aperitif or its television, a WC area, a laundry room, and a bright custom-made kitchen, entirely equipped (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave oven and all the essential equipment for cooking), overlooking a first terrace covered by an arbor offering a view of the roofs of "La Coste".
Upstairs you can perceive a very large bedroom and appreciate an old exposed stone vault, a bathroom with walk-in shower, an office area; you can also discover a second terrace to enjoy your sunny breakfasts or a place to bask in the sun. (not overlooked)
This private house is at your disposal and everything that is there too.

Family house for 5 generations, we have worked hard to make it pleasant and welcoming. We want you to feel at home there, with due respect.

Wunderschön! Laura und Élodie haben das alte Haus, das seit Generationen im Familienbesitz ist, liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack renoviert. Alt und neu harmonieren hervorragend und die vielen kleinen Details runden das Ganze geschmackvoll ab. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die beiden Terrassen ein Traum. Wir haben die beiden leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen und können das Haus nur empfehlen!!!

Endroit charmant dans village hyper calme donnant sur un tas de chemins à pied dont celui des gorges d'Héric. Plus qu'une belle surprise à notre arrivée, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison. La maison est magnifique et très propre, décorée avec gout, l'équipement est plus que complet et opérationel. La chambre est comme la maison et la literie est impeccable. Le cadre est sublime dans un calme reposant. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très cordiaux, tout est fait pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille et ce fut le cas. Un grand merci pour cette semaine que nous avons passé ici.

Très beau gite moderne et très bien équipé dans hameau très ancien et rustique , bel environnement . Propriétaire très à l'écoute et accommodante même si toute la communication s'est faite par téléphone. Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré un temps de saison capricieux.

Maison aux pieds du Carroux

Située à proximité de nombreux chemins de randonnée, proche de plusieurs lacs, c'est un lieu calme en pleine nature, ideal pour la marche, le vélo et les jeux nautiques. Beaucoup d'escapades gastronomiques. Hōtes très reactifs, disponibles et très attentifs à votre confort. Sejour très agréable malgré une canicule éprouvante.

Ein Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor A+++

Wir waren von der zeitgemäßen Hauseinrichtung begeistert. Elodie hat viel architektonisches Gespür bewiesen, den Charme des alten Hauses im Dorfkern zu bewahren, im Inneren aber jedem heutigen Komfortanspruch gerecht zu werden. Wir erfreuten uns an schönen handwerklichen Details, die auf eine einfühlsame Sanierung des Hauses zurückschließen lassen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in ihrem Haus und haben die Zeit in La Coste genossen. Tatsächlich kann man direkt vor der Haustür mit dem Wandern beginnen. Die Gorges d'Héric, ein Muss während des Aufenthaltes in La Coste, sind in 10 Minuten erreicht. Lobenswert ist auch der Vival im Nachbarort Mons. Ein kleiner Laden, bis unter die Decke mit Waren des täglichen Bedarfs gefüllt, in dem es auffallend viele regionale Produkte gab. Wir können jedem, der einen ursprünglichen Landurlaub in Südfrankreich plant, das Haus von Elodie in einer Umgebung zwischen Bergen und Weinreben uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Prozedere der Hausübergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief absolut reibungslos.

Au coeur d’un petit hameau sur les hauteurs de Mons-La Trivalle, cette habitation traditionnelle a été complètement transformée pour en faire un ensemble ayant touts les avantages d’un habitation moderne tout en conservant des touches du caractère du logement d’origine. We had a great time . We walked and mountain biked every day. Some of the walks are quite challenging but worth the effort for the fabulous views. Stock up on groceries in the way and never get in the car again

La maison élora est exceptionnelle. Son emplacement pour tous ceux qui aiment la nature, les randonnées et le calme est parfaite. La décoration et l’équipement sont simplement parfaits. On se croierai dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. On a adoré ce moment au milieu de la montagne et des mimosas.

Splendide petite maison

Séjour en hiver, pour mon second passage dans la maison. J ai apprécié de nouveau le confort du logement, son emplacement et le silence des lieux. WiFi satisfaisant, tous les équipements nécessaire et toujours beaucoup de charme dans cette rénovation. La maison permet de rejoindre directement les gorges d'Heric, et la vue au dessus du village est tout simplement magnifique
