Located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, this sublime bright 68m2 apartment is ideally located: close to the Old Port and the Market. Everything is done on foot!
The little extras of the accommodation: outdoor terrace with view of the old town, careful decoration, privileged location, quiet and free secure underground parking in the residence for easy parking (2 parking spaces)!

The apartment located in a luxury residence, is composed of:

- A living room with a large sofa, coffee table and 4K connected TV (210 channels)
- A fully equipped open kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, silent cooker hood ...
- Well-appointed outdoor terrace (loggia) to enjoy the view of the old town

- A separate entrance, overlooking the corridor
- 2 private parking spaces in the secure underground car park of the residence (real luxury in the center of La Rochelle!)

The apartment is equipped with Wifi (with optical fiber).

We provide you with basic food products (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar ...) as well as the necessary maintenance.

Entry into the apartment is easy from the digital code or by the underground car park of the residence. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator).

Upon arrival beds are made, bath towels are also provided. you just have to enjoy;)

Great location close to town centre and with parking. The apartment has everything you need really, lighting in the kitchen / lounge is poor which would only be a problem if you cook, not much cupboard space but again for a short trip all was OK and we would stay again.

Super flat in best location

The apartment was exactly as described.It is located in such a way that you can reach the entire city centre on foot.Despite this central location, there was always a parking space reserved for us in the garage and we were also able to safely store our bikes there.An absolute recommendation!

Perfect appartement in city centre and with parking!!!

The owner awaited us when we arrived and showed us around in the appartment and parking. The apartment had two parkingspaces which we absolutely loved! When you leave the building you only walk for two minutes to the centre. The owner is very polite and helpfull. This place is to recommended!

Super apartment in great location

Lovely apartment, with easy parking beneath the building. Great location within walking distance of the old port, market and dozens of restaurants and bars but in a very quiet area, so no disturbance at night. The town beach is probably walkable too but we chose to drive there and the luxury of free parking at the apartment made this an easy thing to do daily. Very clean, spacious apartment exactly as in the photos. We will certainly stay here again when visiting La Rochelle again.

Semaine en Charente Maritime

Appartement lumineux et spacieux (pour 2 ou 4 personnes). Très calme et à noter, 2 places de parking en sous-sol (rare en centre ville de La Rochelle). Idéalement situé à proximité du marché et des rues commercantes.

Calme en cœur de ville

séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement confortable et lumineux situe dans rue calme au cœur de La Rochelle Une fois la voiture garée au sous sol de l’immeuble , tout est accessible à pied :Déambuler à la découverte de La ville et du port,faire ses courses au marché couvert ,chiller aux terrasses des cafés et se régaler de la gastronomie locale !! Que du bonheur !!

Parfaitement situé

Appartement très bien situé et au calme

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour visiter la Rochelle. Le lieu était propre. Il manque juste un peu d'équipements à la cuisine pour rendre le séjour parfait!

Très bon séjour

Tres bel appartement correspondant à la description et aux photos du site, idealement placé au calme et au centre ville. La voiture n'a pas quitté le parking de la semaine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo maussade.
