We enjoyed a fantastic fall weekend at this lovely property right on the lake. We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the beautiful beach, screened porch and lakeside fire pit. The beds were comfy, check in was easy and the host was great!

We love staying here. It’s the best location on the island. The beach is fantastic and the screened in porch is great. The host is accommodating and very responsive. We will go back every year that we are able to make the trip!

A quaint lake front house, beautiful setting, everything we needed for a wonderful week vacation. The private beach area was Fabulous Communication with the Dave easy and fast response. Close to attraction in Bayfeild, LaPoint has a 24 laundry mat if needed. If coming out to the Island stock up on groceries in Ashland or the IGA in Washburn(I believe thats how it's spelled) Highly recommended and we hope to be able to return!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Motisi’s! This was our first visit, and hopefully not our last. Despite a mix of rain, chilly temperatures, and wind, we were still able to thoroughly enjoy all that Madeline Island has to offer.The cabin has incredible views and easy access to the lake, and we took many peaceful strolls up and down the beach. Although the weather kept us mostly indoors, we would love to return when we can take full advantage of the outdoor amenities. The screened porch, upper deck, and outdoor fire pit look like such wonderful places to relax and hang out!The cabin was easy to find, spacious enough for our family of four, and had comfortable beds and everything we could possibly need for a great stay. One of our favorite parts was falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves crashing along the shore.We made some wonderful family memories here and would happily recommend Motisi’s to anyone looking for a relaxing Lake Superior getaway. We would love to come back!

Very sweet cottage with fantastic lake views and beach access! The beach is perfect- lots of sand, shallow water , and a sandy lake floor. Perfect for little kids! It was amazing falling asleep to the sound of waves. Especially loved the big screened in porch.

Wonderful long weekend

Sweet cottage in a great location with the best shoreline. The rooms were comfortable with all essentials included and easy check in and check out. The beach provided so much fun for our family and the kids even enjoyed swimming in May!

A week in paradise

Everything was on point — from communication with owner to the actual stay in the oh-so-charming vintage cabin on madeline island. Who could complain with Lake Superior surf right outside your window? It was the best vacation ever!
