WATER VIEW HOUSE CLOSE TO LAKE ERIE

The home has great view of Lake Erie. There is a northeast view of water out most of windows in the home. A newly fenced in yard for our furry friends is very helpful. A beautiful partially enclosed covered patio has beautiful view of Lake. Home is close to many local attractions. Niagara Falls and Buffalo and National Comedy Center are 45 min away. Within 10 min drive from Erie wine Trail, Dunkirk Lighthouse, Sunset Beach (swimming)and Marine. Small village beach park ( rocky) few blocks away small boat ramp for Kayaks and small boats. The lake access for swimming and boating is an easy walk of 2 blocks.

Must notify owner if bringing boat or RV. Driveway is small and may not fit. Cannot park or drive on porch past the driveway.

This is an amazing location. The owner communicates quickly, the cottage is better the pictures, the location is perfect. We could walk to the July 3rd firework display. Grocery store is right down the block. It has a wonderful patio to sit at anytime of day.
