Charming Apartment With A Stunning View In The Heart Of Chianti Classico
A self contained apartment on the first floor within a beautifully restored farmhouse retaining original faetures such as chestnut beams, cotto tiles & original stonework.
The apartment is composed by: 2 big bedrooms with king size double bed (can become 2 singles) with view to the garden or in the landscape.. The well equipped kitchen forms part of the light and airy high beamed ceiling living area. Beside the kitchen is a lounging area with a large l-shaped sofa. Bathroom with shower.
The apartment has it's own dedicated large terrace. It is paved with cotto, it is equipped with umbrella, table and chairs. There is a barbecue in the garden next to the terrace.
The apartment is located 5km from the nearest town, Greve in Chianti. Furthermore, we are located exactly halfway between Florence and Siena (35km of distance). Finally, you can visit most of the most beautiful towns of Tuscany such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra ect.
