CASA SOLEALTO is a part of a country house located in the most beautiful area of the municipality of Figline Valdarno. The house consists of 2 apartments: CASA SOLEALTO on the left and the other for the owners on the right. You will arrive in 30 minutes to Florence and Arezzo (car or train) in one hour to Siena (car).
For S. Gimignano (70min. By car), Lucca (80 min. By car), Pisa (90 min. By car). In addition, the house is located 2km from the village where you find various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In 20 min. on foot you will arrive to Sting's Farm Shop where you can buy organic products from the Palagio farm. In 15 min. by car you can get to THE MALL, an outlet with the world's most prestigious brands. The house has a garden of about 10,000 square meters with a children's play area. From the garden you can enjoy a panoramic view of the town of Figline Valdarno and the Pratomagno mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
