Property was comfortable, clean and accommodating for the six guests. The location was great for our travels to Biltmore House, Blue Ridge Parkway and shopping.We enjoyed the terrace in the evening, drinking wine and talking about the day’s activities. We enjoyed our time in Asheville!

We loved staying at this property! It is so clean and well appointed. The location is perfect for walking to breweries and downtown, or heading out to Biltmore or Pisgah. Our youngest daughter has special needs, and the elevator was both perfect for getting her up and down and so much fun for her! It has great communal space and private bedrooms with bathrooms for everyone. Highly recommend!!

The house is great! Loved the rooftop.The garage is extremely small. Our Honda Ridgeline fit with only inches to spare.Cable TV in family room never worked properly despite visit from property management.

Beautiful Condo in walking distance to downtown. We were there for an uncle's birthday celebration and it was perfect for 3 couples. Note we were out an about most of our stay. The rooftop view is spectacular and we had wonderful weather. I would definitely consider staying at the property again when we visit Asheville.

The property was clean and easy to check in. The location was convenient. A couple of issues while we were there: the internet connection was bad while we were there and every night between 1-4 am there were very loud cars drag racing up and down Biltmore Ave. right outside our windows. It was especially loud on the third floor. A white noise machine might be a good idea for each bedroom.

There should be lamps on both sides of beds. There should be water glasses in the bathrooms. Guests should be able to use the front door, and not have to enter through the garage. Beds weren't very comfortable. The condo is right next to the baseball stadium where there were three games over the weekend, so the street parking was problematic and the noise and fireworks made the rooftop uninviting. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would also be welcome additions.
