Large 3 bedroom air conditioned double glazed apartment in the centre of Juan Les Pins. The apartment also has a small balcony with a view of the sea (just!) The apartment is 100m from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the town centre.The apartment is on a only 2 minutes' walk from the lovely sandy beach, close to shops (bakery, deli, wine shop, restaurants, supermarket) and Juan Les Pins town centre with bars, restaurants on the beach, entertainment, casinos, etc. As well as being ideally located for a relaxing beach holiday the apartment is also a great hub for exploring the surrounding area; Antibes is a short drive or train journey along the coast and the town of Nice (with its international airport) is about 30-40 minutes drive by car and 30 minutes by train. You can also explore pretty villages such as Mougins and Valbonne which can be reached conveniently by the extensive local bus network. For children, there is also plenty nearby such as Marineland and the waterpark in Antibes and Parc Phoenix in Nice.There are many free public parking spaces near the apartment if you choose to bring your car or hire one..

My stay in the apartment was overall very pleasant. The owner is extremely kind and always helpful, which made me feel well taken care of from the very beginning. The location is excellent – just a few steps from the beach, which made the stay especially relaxing. The size of the apartment is also a big plus, offering plenty of space so you never feel cramped.However, the apartment is a bit old and could benefit from some renovation. With a few updates, it would truly be perfect.

Fantastic location, so close to everything, 2 mins walk from beach, 5 mins walk to shop and train station. Chris was excellent in his communication from the initial booking to checking out. Perfect Family Getaway in Juan les Pins

recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming 4-room apartment in Juan les Pins with my family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment is wonderfully located just a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside holiday. TrÚs bonne expérience

L'appartement est super, bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien situĂ©. Les hĂŽtes sont au top et trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute. Accueil chaleureux, tout est mis en oeuvre pour se sentir bien. Le seul bĂ©mol est l'absence de parking Ă  proximitĂ©. Juan-les-pins Ă  imposĂ© des parkings payants sur tout la ville. Il nous a donc fallu payer un parking privĂ© 60€ la semaine et situĂ© Ă  2km Ă  pied de l'appartement ce qui rend les dĂ©placements difficiles si on souhaite visiter la rĂ©gion. C'est donc idĂ©al pour les personnes qui voyagent en train ou qui ne souhaitent pas visiter. Merci Ă  Chris et sa femme pour cette semaine.

Nous avons passĂ© un mois dans cet appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le host Ă©tait trĂšs gentil, trĂšs facile Ă  contacter et toujours prĂȘt Ă  nous aider (nous avons un petit problĂšme de wifi du cote de Free qui a Ă©tĂ© bien rĂ©solu), l'accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able!!! L'appartement est spacieux, avec tous ce qui est nĂ©cessaire pour les sĂ©jours courts et longues, la cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Had a great long-term stay!

My friend and I stayed at Chris' flat for over clise to 4 months while we were doing a semester of university in Antibes. The flat was tidy and had all the essentials we needed... furniture, cooking equipment, towels, etc. The location is quite good - seconds away from the beach and a little walk away from the bustling part of Juan-les-pins. The few problems we had during our stay were quickly addressed. This flat is great for short-term and long-term stays. Thanks Chris!!

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay at Chris's place. The house is very close to the sea, it has a nice living room with sofas and TV, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook something. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, drying rack. Beds are comfortable. Communication with Chris was always helpful! Recommended!

Lovely apartment close to the beach

I really enjoyed the property, very close to the beach and this is so convenient when you have young children. You can find plenty of small grocery shops within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very spacious and has all amneties that you would expect. The host was very lovely, always available to help when required. We will definitely go there again.

Not best for long term stay

Upon arrival the apartment was filthy. I had to go out and buy all the cleaning supplies and the ones provided were not sanitary to use. Then I had to spend a whole day cleaning the apartment. I did reach out to the owner and he apologized and said he would reimburse me for items that I needed to purchase. Some issues were supposed to be delt with by the property manager and I waited around a whole day for him and he did not reply until the next day. In mid summer this place gets extremely hot, and dirty bc you need to have the doors open. I believe the only benefits were how close we were to the train and beach.

We enjoyed the stay. Chris met our request for a high chair for our child as we were there a month. It was hot so we bought and left a fan in the unit. Nice view of the sea. Near the beach. Streets and trains are loud but we got used to it. Thanks Chris.

L'appartement est assez spacieux, bien agencé, rénové et trÚs propre. Il est bien situé (proche de la plage, du centre et de la gare) mais un peu bruyant (simple vitrage). Nous avons été trÚs bien reçus par les propriétaires.

Why they chose this property

I am biased but the South of France is the most amazing place in my opinion. To be able to swim in the Mediterranean with the backdrop of the Alps is hard to top. Juan Les Pins is a great seaside resort and my flat is within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. The flat is very bright and spacious and is very close to the beach. Everything is included to make your stay as perfect as possible.
