We offer a flexible rental formula, with the possibility of renting the house or the rooms per night (minimum 2 nights, except July / August or only the whole house is available).

This architect-designed villa with sea view, spacious and bright, has a unique and neat decoration, combining design and authenticity, and everything is provided in the villa for your comfort and well-being.

The beach of "Agosta" is only a few minutes walk by a maquis path, as well as all the amenities.

The villa is composed of 2 levels of 130 M2 each and has 3 large bedrooms
The upper part is entirely made of wood, and offers a magnificent sea view.
This large volume offers a large living room, bright and open to a friendly terrace, and the surrounding nature
In the extension of the terrace, the infinity pool and its swimming jet awaits you.
The living room opens onto a spacious and fully equipped kitchen.
Nestled under the roof, the "Isolella" room offers a sea and maquis view.

The villa is fully air conditioned, has WIFI in all rooms and a multimedia server, the 3 bedrooms offer color lighting, private bathroom and 4K TV,

For hiking enthusiasts, many routes are available in the surroundings: the crest trail in Ajaccio, the Vizzavona forest, the Manganellu valley, the Pozzi de Bastelica, Capo di Muro, among many others ... .
