3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse -sleeps 6.

Lovely 3 bedroom Townhouse located in El Paraiso, just 4.2 miles from Puerto Banus.

On the first floor there are 3 good size bedrooms. Two of the three, bedrooms have access to the upstairs terrace over looking the pool and mature gardens. The master bedroom has en-suite with wc, bath and double shower, fitted wardrobes complete with king size bed. The two guest bedrooms are complete with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Guest bathroom has walk in double shower, wc and large sink.

One the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and kettle. Adjacent to the kitchen is a drying room with washing line facilites.

The rest of the ground floor consists of a large open plan living/dining room - 45m2. This opens out on to a 25m2 sun terrace over looking the large communal pools, complete with wood/charcoal burning BBQ.

Also, there is a guest toilet and store.

The development has beautiful fully matured surrounding gardens and park area with slide and swings for children.

Perfect location for a variety of holidays, whether you want to relax, golf or enjoy the wide variety of locations this property is within easy reach of.

Within walking distance to a great selection of local amenities, golf, supermarkets, beaches bars, restaurants and much more this property really does have a lot to offer.

Visit the beautiful village of Benahavis, take a stroll around Puerto Banus, enjoy the glorious back streets of Marbella's old town the choice is yours.

Nice place in decent location

We found the place looking a little tired probably due to covid one issue we did have was no shade on the patio which meant having to go inside to shelter perhaps a awning or a parasol would help we also had a issue with noise from a group of youths using the pool in the early hours of the morning after the 11pm curfew but in general it was a nice place and i would recommend a vist

The house is very spacious and has the most wonderful southerly aspect, so we had the sun all day.

The contact with the owners was amazing, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The pool by the house is like having your own private space as it is right next to your gate. Marvellous 👍

Lovely holiday

Wonderful holiday. Lovely property. Air con in the 3 bedrooms was excellent. Very close to Bars, Restaurants, and Bus Stop to Estepona town and Marbella in the opposite direction. The pool was superb. Probably the largest communal pool that you could wish for. We had an excellent stay.

Ideal week with the family

A great location and facilities for a family holiday. The house was ideal in terms of size and space, air con worked well and the kitchen was a good size. Finding it was the only hiccup - the phone app didn’t like the link which took us to the wrong place. We soon sorted it and it was only a 15 min detour. Any questions we had (mostly on the first day) were dealt with really quickly and efficiently by Mark or Wendy (who welcomed us). The beach and local supermarket are walkable but we found the car useful to cart shopping and get to some different areas. We went in mid July and the pool, though shared was pretty much ours for most of the day. Terrace and BBQ are great in the evenings and the TV channels available were fantastic for my little boy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we’ll be booking again.
