The cabin had everything we needed for a beautiful fall get away. The view is spectacular. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our meals. Beautiful dock too! Great location.

Truckee is an amazing place, and this house was great. Lots and lots of steps. Just be ready. But, all of us had our own beds and the place was absolutely stocked with everything you need. Karen was super helpful! Great time!

A warm home with an incredible view. We felt like we were at summer camp and were sad to have our stay end. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and the dock and decks are perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay again. One caveat, stairs down to the house are a workout, pack accordingly. Thank you, this place was just what we needed.

We had such a wonderful stay! The cabin was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and inviting. We're a family of three, so we had plenty of room, but it could easily accommodate a larger family as well.The location was perfect! We were only about 10 minutes from downtown, yet it felt so peaceful and secluded, surrounded by beautiful trees. Check-in was a breeze, and Karen was always quick to respond.Having our own private access to the lake was absolutely magical and definitely one of the highlights of our stay!One thing to keep in mind: there are quite a few stairs to get to the cabin and down to the lake. But hey, your glutes will thank you! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

This Lakefront property in Donner Lake is a gem, despite the stairs going up and down to get to the property it was totally worth it. Then you’re greeted. with the most Spectacular view of the Donner lake and the mountains. We also love the private dock to hangout barbecue and kayak with the family. We had an amazing time. The place was nice and clean. The fridge in the kitchen took a little time to get cold. Overall we loved the place. The host was nice and helpful ,and communication was good.9/10..

Beautiful, spacious cabin. Great location on the lake. The kids loved being able to fish off the pier. The cabin was well stocked including kitchen cookware, dishes, spices, oil. Communication with owners was easy and straightforward. Will def return.

Relaxing On The Lake Retreat
