In a quiet location on a one-way street, this ground-floor apartment is just 50m from the beach and 500m from shops (bakery, grocery store, wine shop, etc.).

All the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday are at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave/grill oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, and a stereo system.

The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet. A washing machine is also provided.

Outside, there is a courtyard with garden furniture and a gas griddle.

Parfait

Le logement est propre, bien équipé avec lave vaisselle et machine à laver. Une buanderie pour ranger les vélos ou autre, un extérieur avec table, chaises et possibilité de faire des grillades. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui pour couronner le tout se situe à 50 mètres de la plage. Rue très calme et facile pour se garer. Rien à redire sinon que j'y reviendrai avec joie.
