The apartment is very well located and absolutely fine for 2 people. Also the communication was very uncomplicated and worked perfectly. However, in the description it said that it had two bedrooms, but it only has one. In fact, the whole apartment is only one room. Also the ceiling in the bathroom mold on it and the water in the bathroom sink does not work properly. So all in all it was nice, but the expectation management could be improved and the bathroom needs some love :)

Le studio est bien placé Mais attention il n'y a pas de place de parking !Il faut payer un abonnement au parking de la ville... Il faudrait le mentionner sur la présentation de la localisation. Après on a eu des petits soucis avec la douche et les toilette ... Un petit coup de rafraîchissement ne serai pas du luxe . Idem avec les produits de la maison (pas assez de papier wc laissé, éponges en morceau, vaisselles fissurées, tâches sur les assises des chaises et coussins , frigo pas très propre...) Après point positif : emplacements, agencement

Très bon emplacement ; studio moyen

L'emplacement dans la ville est idéal, à 2 minutes à pied des halles et du centre touristique. Par contre, impossible de trouver les 2 chambres indiquées dans l'annonce !! C'est un studio, lit en 140 dans la pièce et un fauteuil lit. Un peu sombre, et pour 89€ TTC la nuit, on aurait aimé une clim au lieu d'un ventilateur.

Appreciation très mitigée. Nous ne réitérerons pas

Propreté laissant fortement à désirer et studio vieillissant. Notre 1ere sortie à été pour l'achat de lingettes désinfectantes... De plus, le studio est sombre, il est en rdc (pas possible d'ouvrir si vous voulez de l'intimité) et n'a pas de petit coin extérieur. Équipement rudimentaire. Il est néanmoins très bien placé, à proximité du centre, du canal royal. Nous avons pu aller du village des pêcheurs d'un côté, aux plages de l'autre côté, à pied. Heureusement car très difficile de se garer puisqu'en centre ville. Bonne literie

SETE est une belle ville à découvrir !!!

Très bien situé le studio est proche de toutes les commodités et offre divers possibilités de quoi satisfaire un maximum de personnes .

Conforme en tout point à la description mais situation particulière avec peu de visibilité extérieure (pour voir ce qui est représenté sur l'annonce, le clocher de l'église saint Louis, il faut sortir du studio, puis sortir de l'impasse où il est situé)

Location sympathique et assez bon rapport qualité/prix, cela dit loin des plages (30-40 min à pied ou alors il faut prendre un bus bondé) et quartier bruyant et présence de rats dans ce dernier.. L'hôte est sympathique et disponible Autrement, Sète est une ville sublime que je recommande mille fois

Super séjour

Super studio bien équipé. Manque toutefois un grand miroir pour nous les femmes. Mis à part cela très bien situé et très calme. Cecile la propriétaire est très accueillante. Très bon. Séjour.
