It consists of a living room with a sofa, a well equipped kitchen, TWO bathrooms, two bedrooms and a huge terrace that has a gorgeous view of the sea and the surrounding hills.

Mauricio was a perfect host. He provided a lot of useful information. The apartment was as described in the listing and was a good value. The neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe no matter the hour. Public transportation was limited to inconsistent bus service and expensive taxi's. There were locals stores and restaurants within walking distance. Uber does not exists in this town but it is very conducive to walking. We decided to rent a car and Mauricio provided us with a parking spot even though there is plenty of on street parking.

fantastic view and location

we were there for 3 months and we appreciated our stay. The view is fantastic and the location is very quiet . Having a parking spot in the garage is a big plus even in the low season. The building is well maintain and Mauricio is a great host (comunications were excellent). The lack of insonorisation is to be noted in an older building. Overall, we would recommend this unit as the advantages easily offset the inconvenient (nothing is perfect).

Un très beau séjour à Almuñecar!

Le building Alhamar est beau et bien situé. L’appartement est vaste, propre et bien équipé et il y a une grande terrasse où il fait bon lire au son des vagues. Il y a 3 ascenseurs qui desservent les 11 étages du building. La Paseo de Velilla est une belle avenue qui longe la mer et il y a de bons restaurants tout près. Mon mari et moi avons passé un très beau 30 jours à cet endroit et nous le recommandons fortement.

Ein traumhaftes Apartment

Man wohnt direkt am Meer, das Apartment ist mit einem schönen Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ausgestattet. Der Balkon hat Sicht aufs Meer. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Man hat eine ziemlich enge Zufahrt zu einem Stellplatz, der für ein kleineres Auto gedacht ist. Dann geht es vom Stellplatz mit dem Fahrstuhl ins 9. Obergeschoss. Dadurch ist auch die Straße, die nicht stark befahren ist, fast nicht zu hören. Ein Restaurant gleich ist im Haus, gegenüber ist eine nette Chiringuito, der Strand ist ein Kiesstrand, der im Mai fast leer war. Ein gelungener Urlaub mit einem netten und immer erreichbaren Vermieter.

Uitstekend appartement.

Een uitstekende appartement, geen luxe maar alles is aanwezig wat je echt nodig hebt. Wij maakten voornamelijk gebruik van de buitenruimte, een ruime balkon. Met het vaak aanwezige windje is het daar heerlijk zitten. Persoonlijk hadden wij wat meer behoefte aan een betere comfort van de stoelen buiten gezien wij met name daar zitten. Als lange Nederlanders was het allemaal net wat de kort/krap. We zijn er nu 2x geweest en het bevalt ons prima! Dit jaar troffen we het appartement niet heel schoon aan maar dit hadden we zelf zo opgelost. Wel een aandachtspuntje vinden we. Meer attributen voor het strand zoals goede strandstoelen en een goede parasol zou welkom zijn. Openbaar vervoer is beneden bij het gebouw....zo ben je in no-time in het centrum of bij de grotere supermarkt. Ook zijn er kleinere winkels en vele restaurants dichtbij. Hierdoor ben je niet afhankelijk van een auto. Mooi uitzicht met de geluiden van de zee en de gezelligheid van de weg beneden. De communicatie met de verhuurder was erg goed en vriendelijk. Als er iets is dan is het snel opgelost. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijke 3 weken gehad!

Tolles Appartement miteerblick und vielen Extras

Supergut ausgestattetes Appartment im neunten Stockwerk mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei kleinen Bädern mit jeweils Dusche/WC/Waschbecken. Aufzug vorhanden und mit eigenem kleinen TG Stellplatz sehr angenehm. Die Zufahrt ist relativ eng aber machbar, zumindest mit einem kleinen Auto kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Mauricio war auch bestens, sehr aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, im nahen Almunecar in ca 2 km ist schon mehr los. Es gibt aber im Umkreis von 300 m mehrere gute Restaurants und Chirinquitos, Verhungern muss man also garantiert nicht. In der Vorsaison ist es etwas schwierig morgens an Brot zu kommen, die kleinen Supermärkte hatten nicht offen. Also besser vorher mit Toast, Brötchen etc. eindecken. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
