Lympia Cove is a luxurious one bedroom aparment located in the heart of the popular Port area. The Port was built in 1749 by king Charles-Emmanuel the third in order to expand trade exchanges with the mediterranean see. Hard to imagine that there was a big wetland before the Port construction.
The apartment is located on the top floor with lift. It offers an entrance, a dining room, a living room with king size sofa bed, a full equipped separate kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a toilet. You will love having your breakfast on the terrace which offers partial sea view. Lympia Cove offers air conditioning everywhere and a private garage on site with additional cost. All restaurants and shops are down the buidling. The beach La Reserve is at 5 minutes away walking distance. Nice city center is at 5 minutes with the tramway located at 200m from the building. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice.
