The estate covers over 25 000 m² of which the ornamental garden, with uniquely designed swimming pool covers ​​approximately 1400 sqm. Various terraces, sun and shade areas as well as an outdoor kitchen offer you a wonderful stay and lots of privacy. There are many sunbeds and seating areas to enjoy. In and around the entire property a free WiFi connection is available. The villa has six double rooms with private ensuite bathrooms.

The house has two luxury and comfortable living rooms which are both equipped with a delightful wood-burning fireplace.

Our "finca rustica" is an hour's drive from Malaga Airport in the beautiful and unspoilt Andalucia. The location is a great base for visits to eg: Granada, Seville, Malaga, Ronda and of course fashionable Marbella. Also in the winter months it is wonderful skiing on the Sierra Nevada.

The villa is situated in a rural area between Nerja and Frigiliana. These places are both reached within 10 minutes from La Perla de Frigiliana.

Frigiliana is an idyllisch and typical Andalusian village located north of Nerja. It was built against a mountainside and has retained its historical character and charm over time and a stroll through the winding, picturesque streets is definitely recommended.
Frigiliana has plenty of nice terraces with stunning views. It is therefore not surprising that Frigiliana has several times been voted the most beautiful village in Spain.

Nerja is on the Costa del Sol, about 50 kilometers east of Malaga. Nerja has approximately 16 kilometers of beach on which you can practice plenty of water sport activities.
In the center of Nerja you will also find the Balcon de Europa, a promenade atop a cliff with a beautiful view point. From here you have a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea and allows you to see Africa in the distance.
East of the city are a series of small beaches and secluded coves, separated by cliffs and other rockeries. Outside Nerja you will find the Cueva de Nerja (stalactite cave) where many archaeological finds have been made and where murals of 20,000 years old were found.

The villa is situated in a rural location. A car is necessary to reach the location.

The property is normally used as a luxury B & B and therefore has comprehensive amenities and luxurious furnishing that are at your disposal. The estate also houses (entirely separate) a romantic 'Cortijo' (= farmhouse) with private pool, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. If the villa is not large enough for your group composition there is the possibility to rent the Cortijo as well. Ask the owner for further details.
