Quick access: 6 to 8 km from Montpellier train station and airport, from Palavas and Pérols beaches. 18 km from La Grande Motte
160m² villa comprising on the ground floor: a 50m² living / dining room, an independent kitchen (5 gas burners, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a WC, a bedroom with dressing room (160 cm bed) ) its bathroom with 2 basins, bath and shower. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with dressing room (160 cm beds), a bathroom and WC.
Outside: 9x4.5 m swimming pool with benches and steps, secured by alarm, teak terrace with 4 deckchairs. The covered terrace is equipped with a 6-seater garden furniture, a bar, fridge and barbecue. Outdoor terrace with 8 place setting table and parasol. Garden with table tennis and pétanque ground.

Lovely holiday

Lovely spacious and comfortable house with super garden, outdoor kitchen and pool area. The location is very convenient for exploring everything that the area has to offer. Patrick and family were very welcoming hosts.

The house is beautiful and Patrick and his wife were very friendly to explain everything to us when we arrived. The house, garden and swimmingpool have everything to have a great holiday. We definitely can recommend anyone to rent this house. We have had a fantastic holiday and the area is very nice (sea, nature, restaurants and lots of fun-activities, also for teenagers).

Perfect Villa Holiday

We had a fantastic weeks holiday in Lattes. Patrick and his wife were the perfect hosts, always on hand to deal with any queries. The property itself was immaculate with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Patrick et sa femme ont été des hôtes très gentils et se sont occupés de nous et de la maison consciencieusement et avec amour. La maison offre tout ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce et est idéalement située pour diverses excursions. Je peux le recommander en toute conscience.
