The Ilikai building has begun a major exterior improvement project, including spalling repairs and full exterior painting, carried out by a licensed contractor. This is a large-scale project for the entire building and is expected to take approximately 1.5 to 2 years to complete.
Project Timeline for This Unit: April 2026 – June 2026
Work Hours:
Construction work is generally limited to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in accordance with building rules. However, if there are weather-related delays, contractors may begin work as early as 8:00 AM on certain days to stay on schedule. During work hours, there may be increased noise and dust in the surrounding area.
Lanai Access:
Please note that the lanai will be inaccessible during this period due to scaffolding and safety requirements.
Privacy Notice:
For your privacy and comfort, we recommend keeping the curtains closed during work hours, as workers may be present on or near the lanai.
By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of the construction project and its potential impact. We will not offer any refunds, compensation, or cancellation fee waivers for reasons related to the construction.
This one-of-a-kind corner unit is on the 23rd floor of Ilikai Hotel, featuring 2 king size bed and 1 sofa bed and can accommodate maximum of 6 people. This unit is perfect if you want to have an enjoyable time in the city as well as a serene time at your room. The living room has a boundless feel to it with vast windows that draw soothing sunshine and calming wind. The balcony has a table and chairs where you can relax and breath in the magnificent air of the Pacific Ocean. The balcony is a perfect spot to see the beautiful sunset as well! Don’t miss out on this wonderful experience waiting for you to have here in Hawaii! If you want to explore Waikiki, Ala Moana, or even the greater Oahu area, there are several transportation options. There are several bus stops near the Ilikai Hotel, which can take you to new surfing, snorkeling, shopping, or sightseeing locations.
