Children loved the lake and pool. I appreciated the warm pool. Rode kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boat. Also did some fishing.

General manager and private beach saved the day
Mix up with the reservation was politely corrected by the property general manager. Nice location enhanced by the private beach with a stunning view. Room was modest at best, yet very clean and current. Priced a tad high, but it was Memorial Day week-end . Would try again

Sorry for the mix up but we are glad we were able to make it better!!! Hope you come back again soon
Although situated directly on beautiful lake George, our stay at this property was unsatisfactory
Check in was uneventful however the manager indicated we “did not need to wear face masks “ . This was troubling as both parties are over 70, and state guidelines indicated masks. There was no information in our Less than clean room regarding Covid 19 guidelines, and the box spring was dirty on two sides. The mirror over the bathroom sink is so low, my husband had to sit on a kitchen chair to shave. And if that wasn’t enough, we came back from dinner to no hot water. When contacted the manager said he couldn’t do anything that night. We were then informed by the housekeeper the next morning that the hot water had been out since 2 the previous afternoon but no one had notified us. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Positives:
-Great location between Lake George and Bolton Landing!
-Less than a minute walk to have a wonderful view of the Lake.
-Easy Parking and pretty easy to locate the property.
Negatives:
-The tub was clogged, so showers had to be very fast.
-The toilet would only successfully flush if you hold the handle down for about 30-40 seconds. Even so, liquids and solids still needed double flushes most of the time.
-The Wifi did not work for even one phone. Internet usually does not matter to me on vacations, but it does when the area has no service and you need to request Uber/Lyft or look up good Restaurants!
-All the dishes and silverware were dirty.
-Chairs at the lake were very dirty.
Overall:
We paid too high a price to have all these issues - especially after comparing with other visitors in the area. I would recommend it if you are willing to overlook the bathroom and cleanliness issues, because the views of the lake are gorgeous. Be sure to request a room that has a screen on the windows! There were PLENTY of spider webs outside our door and we noticed some made their way in through our screen-less window.
Very good location. Close enough to the Village of Lake George for very easy access, but also far enough away to be quieter. Also,, right on the water! BONUS!!!
