Had some issues at check in (dirty sheets, check in code not working, etc) but host was super responsive and helpful! Sent out a cleaning service right away to make things right. Overall a great place for a large group!

Home was exactly as advertised. For an older home it was very functional and everything worked. The converted garage / gameroom could lean towards the warm side, but the split AC unit made it ok--fun space with couch and TV, fusball, and pool table. Very convenient to groceries. It also had a couple of other spaces a larger family could gather. Perfectly fit our needs.

The driveway is a huge hill so be prepared, especially if you are from a location that doesn’t have any many hills and mountains. The inside literally had everything we could think of to need - many of the supplies we brought just in case stayed packed away our entire vacation. The host responded promptly when we did need to communicate and those responses were clear and effective. The pool was great once we were able to use it - chlorine levels were not ready upon our arrival. The area was hard to keep clean because of trees, but those trees also created awesome shade and beautiful backdrops for photos. Pool goes about 3ft-8ft… about half way it drops off for the deep end (in case you need to know for families with little kids or non-swimmers). We had a great week bringing 3 families together at this house!

Great spot for a large group

We were a group of friends/co-workers in town for a charity event, so all the rooms and beds were key! Pool was great for a cold dip to refresh! Would definitely look into coming back here.

Wonderful, quiet getaway for the whole family!

This quiet, spacious house was exactly what our family needed after needing to quickly leave Florida due to Hurricane Milton. The owners were incredibly responsive and the house had so much space for our entire extended family to spread out and have their own rooms. Would love to come back in the summer months to enjoy the pool.

Loved this house!

This house was great for our group. It was a 20 minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville. House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy! We will stay here again when we come back.

Nice House in a Nice Location

We really enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by the owner. They responded to text messages within minutes of our request and most items we asked about where already available we just didn't know where to look. We enjoyed our stay.

Nashville vacation 2024

This was our first trip to Nashville. The house we stayed in was nice with plenty of space for 13 people. The host was easy to communicate and the house was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
