Downtown Fort Collins, where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are, is also within walking distance! You’ll love my place for the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio with a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and its prime location in Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

Our final Ft. Collins stay as we watched our son graduate from CSU. The home was amazing and comfortable. They thought of everything. We were close to all of the events we needed to attend and Erik was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
