Fabulous villa located in Playa Golf, Lomas De Campoamor . The villa is spacious (sleeps 10/11 guests) and set over 3 floors (with internal staircases connecting each floor) there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens plus a conservatory, full air-conditioning to all 5 bedrooms and both living areas , 2 x Smart flat screen TVs (with UK and Spanish channels). High speed Fiber WIFI Internet with 2 routers for improved coverage , Wonderful outside garden and pool area with 8 sun beds, superb poolside shaded terrace with large dining table for 10 guests , summer kitchen area with drinks fridge and a GAS BBQ
The villa offers great views over open fields where horses pass by with glimpses of the sparkling Mediterranean ocean in the background
Private off street shaded parking (for one car only) plus further car spaces available directly outside villa (no restrictions on parking)

The swimming pool is curved shaped and approx dimensions are 8 meters (length) and 3 meters (width) and (1 meter shallow end leading to 1.8 meters in deep end) there are roman steps to enter the Pool, plus a circular splash pool with fountain flowing into to main pool

A car is recommended for staying at the villa however if you don't hire a car you can walk (10 minutes walk) to a large supermarket several cafes , bars and restaurants,, (Italian Indian, English, ,Spanish to name a few)

Eight of us enjoyed our time here, spacious, clean well equipped villa, spent loads of time in the outside pool and terrace area. Quiet and private location and ideal for exploring the local area. Highly recommend for family groups completely met our expectations. JK villas who manage the property were superb with their no fuss approach.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday in lovely villa with fabulous pool/outside area and lovely views!

This villa is perfect for a family looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday away from it all. The pool and outside area is so comfortable we hardly spent any time inside! Short walk to local shops/bars/restaurants offering value for money and excellent food -there is something for everyone! The beach is too far to walk but a short taxi ride away. Overall excellent villa.

Great option for an extended family

We were very happy overall with the house. The little ones loved the pool and there was ample space and facilities for our extended family of 10. The only thing we missed was not being within walking distance of the. Cabo Roig strip and beach. The owners were very pleasant and communincation with them easy. We had 2 rental cars and at least 1 car would be recommended for this location.

Fint, men noe var mangelfullt.

Fin flott bolig. God kommunikasjon med utleier før og ved ankomst. Svarte raskt på henvendelser på epost. Det som trekker ned var svært mangelfulle rutiner når teknisk utstyr i huset gikk i stykker. I vårt tilfelle gikk oppvaskmaskinen i stykker etter kun noen dager og utleier klarte ikke å rette dette før nest siste dag. Vi var 9 pers og dette var ikke mildt sagt holdbart. Vi fikk en rabatt. De burde ha et opplegg for å håndtere dette. Derfor blir det ikke til at vi leier mere av JK Spain igjen.

We did make an offer of financial compensation to you which was accepted and paid to you before the end of your vacation We really hope you consider to give us a second try and are confident if you returned to one of our villas you would not experience this type of situation again Hope to see you again, All the best JK villa rentals

We had a great holiday at this villa. The pool and outside area of the property was the best I have ever experienced at a villa. The villa was well equipped and spacious. I would rate it very highly. The only downside is you need a car to get around

An excellent modern holiday property.

The property lived up well to our expectations. Clean, modern and plenty of private space for two families to enjoy the facilities. The location is ideal if not looking for immediate access to beach having a quiet open outlook. Good sized pool perhaps a little on the cool side for September but great outdoor space for lounging, eating and having fun.

Excellent property for large party.

The pool outside area made the holiday. Great pool but also lots of areas to sit, eat, stay cool, and for the kids to play. Great BBQ. The house itself is very roomy and spotless. Two kitchens help. A lovely lounge but we never used it. JK rentals were excellent. Kerry and Angela on the end of the phone on the two occasions we needed them. Some fantastic restaurants in Vilamartin square: Fairways and Che Argentina. Restaurant above local Irish pub excellent; Old Asia in La Zenia was possibly best of the lot. Local Spanish one was appalling. Think it's called Los Gugulas. DON'T GO. Paddy's Point great for bands in La Zenia. Great golf in the area about 5 mins drive. Beach is really good. Might need a car but can get to everywhere in 30 mins walking.
