UNIQUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT LOCATION
Our cabin is strategically located on the left side of the mountain, providing you with the grandeur of Grandfather Mountain views and easy walking access to the ski slopes. Say goodbye to noisy blowers and intrusive lights during ski season, and embrace the tranquility of your mountain haven.

MODERNIZED KITCHEN & COOKING
The cabin's heart is its modernized kitchen and cooking area, featuring sleek granite countertops and a convenient bar area. Stainless steel appliances and a complete set of cookware ensure you have all the tools necessary to whip up a family breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM
The upper floor opens into a spacious, open-concept living area that lets you bask in constant access to the awe-inspiring panoramic views that define this home. Enjoy cozy evenings by the gas log fireplace, relax on the new sectional sofa (with space for two more on the bean bag bed chair), challenge each other to a game of chess, and take your pick from an array of board games. Our number one criteria for a place to rent during our spring break was views… We were not disappointed!! The views from this property are by far the best we have stayed at. The property was perfectly comfortable for us and the owners were very quick to answer questions and help us out. Not only were the views spectacular, but we had deer directly on the property every day we were able to watch and enjoy!

This cute cabin is even better than described! The owner has thought of everything: a well-stocked kitchen, games, comfortable beds, even deer food (we did end up feeding a large group of deer from the balcony which was a big highlight of our trip). The view is incredible and the convenience to the slopes can’t be beat. The owner quickly responded to any questions I had and was very helpful. We will definitely be back again- highly recommmend!

Colleen our host did a wonderful job of communicating with us quickly. The property was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. She even left us a bottle of wine and card for new years. The living room furniture was very comfortable. Beds and linens were very soft and kept us nice and warm. The views from the multiple decks were fantastic! The sun rise on a clear morning is like no other. Could not have asked for a better place to stay on beech mountain. The slopes were just a few feet away. We got to see deer come by the right side of back deck and Colleen provides deer feed in the kitchen closet. The hot tub was very relaxing. We liked all the special touches and like motion activated night lights for getting up at night with no need to hunt a light switch. The bathroom was updated very nicely. The guitar was fun to play on making some nice tunes. Nice touch. Trust me you wont be disappointed if you decide to book here. This is the second stay at one of Colleens Beech Mountain properties and we already are thinking about another trip this year. Thank you Colleen for being a wonderful host and thinking about everything for your guests!Best Regards, Michael

Great location. Easy to get to downtown Banner Elk. Grandfather Mountain is about 30 min away. Charging port was a super handy addition as there are not a lot of chargers nearby. Works seamlessly with Tesla but will need the adapters that come with your Tesla.No A/C but we stayed in late June and it was forecasted to be very warm in the local area but the elevation, screened windows, and included fans make it a non-issue.It deserves all the 10/10 reviews.

Views, peace and quiet

The view did not disappoint! This was our first time off the ski slope. The quiet was so worth the short walk. Having no noise or ice on the vehicle from the blowers was game changer. Just peace and beautiful from the deck, it was so quiet the deer where there daily.
