Quiet hours are enforced after 10:00 PM -- Avoid loud outdoor noise or music to ensure we maintain a peaceful and respectful presence in the community.

💡OUTDOOR STRING LIGHTS
Outdoor string lights turn off automatically at 9 PM to respect our neighbors and cannot be turned back on until the next morning.

Starter trash bags are provided. There's weekly trash collection and recycling, and we notify you at least a day before the collection schedule.
