Casita I is 650 square feet and has two bedrooms and two baths, and is a wonderfully homey place, perfect for families and close friends. The fully furnished kitchen is a great spot for cooking - or for socializing as you prepare a meal. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. The living room is very cozy, warm, and comfortable, featuring a kiva fireplace and a skylight. One bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and the second with a full size bed. Casita I does have an enclosed patio, but it's not completely private. Because of this, this casita is not pet friendly. Guests do pass through to get to Casita J. Located just off of Guadalupe, you are a skip and jump away from the plaza!

Very comfortable accommodations. Beds are so cozy. Short walk to Plaza. Manager quick to respond throughout booking and stay, and to assist with TV issue. Would definitely book again if return to Santa Fe
This was a perfect spot for me to stay with my mom. It was with in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and had a nicely equipped kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The host was very responsive and wonderful. Would highly recommend!
This property is in a perfect location to explore old Santa Fe on foot. Many good restaurants within steps of the front door. Very comfortable and well equipped property. We had a great time.
This place is cozy and comfortable. We slept like babies.
Close to downtown and farmers market, both walkable.
Very responsive property managers.
I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
Everything was as advertised and the location was great. Just a few minute walk to the plaza and I highly recommend the breakfast place directly next door! Mary Anne responded immediately when I had a question too. It's small but definitely PLENTY of room for 4 adults.
We truly enjoyed the coziness of our accommodations, the great location and the amenities. The place was very clean though the floor required a little more cleaning ( Marianne has attempted many times to find just the right cleaning agents but it has been difficult and we appreciate all her efforts). Marianne couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. She was such a pleasure to work with and definitely would’want us come back again.
This casita was accurately described: it is a small, nicely refurbished place not far from the town square and other Santa Fe sights. Please note that, even with two bedrooms, it is small, but big enough for two. It was clean. We enjoyed our stay here. The casita faces a busy street, but traffic noises were not audible inside the house. Good choice for Santa Fe.
Stayed at this quaint casita while traveling to the balloon fiesta. The price was reasonable for this busy time in NM. It was a short walk to the plaza and pleasant to find other restaurants and stores in walking distance as well.
Mary Ann was great and easy to communicate with. When I left things behind she arranged for me to retrieve them on my way back home. The place was clean and stocked to provide basic needs.
If I were to suggest anything, the beds could use a little updating, especially the second room behind kitchen. The additional foam mattresses while intended to add comfort were too soft; and with today’s technology maybe adding a few inexpensive plug additions with ports for charging cords when you don’t have your charging block.
Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.
Casita was comfortable and well laid out--very walkable to plaza, restaurants, museums and shops. It does also have a cute outdoor space, which was mentioned but not photographed. Great to have off street parking as well. This casita is on a semi-busy road, but since the town is quiet at night, there was no problem with traffic noise at all.
We enjoyed the casita very much, just what we were looking for in Santa Fe. The casita was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Mary Ann was awesome host great with communication and especially with helping us out when we had flight cancelations. The location is great easy walk to the plaza. All around great stay.
Great apartment just a couple of blocks from the plaza and shops. Easy access to everything, even driving to places outside of Santa Fe. A couple of great restaurants in the same block for meals.
We spent a week in this Casita and the best feature was the location. We could easily walk to downtown/the plaza, Canyon Road and the Railyard District. Mary Ann was great with communication and while there was a slight snag with checking in and the internet she was prompt with her responses. The place was clean and had everything we needed.
cute place and short walk to great restaurants and shopping

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!
Why they chose this property
Casita I is a great property for family and friends. This is our smaller two bedroom, two bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a full size bed. Both bedrooms have adjoining private bathrooms with showers. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). Cocktail table for two makes dining cozy, or spill out on to the outdoor patio and enjoy the fresh air!
Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!
What makes this property unique
This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
