This cottage, with an area of ​​130m², has a capacity of 8 people.
It is adjoining another gîte for 10 people (the 2 gîtes can be rented jointly for a total capacity of 18 people), while being completely autonomous. It is labeled 3 stars and also "Tourism and Handicaps"; therefore, the ground floor is fully accessible to people with physical disabilities.
On the ground floor: entrance, shower room-wc, 1 room accessible to disabled people (1 double bed), living room, large fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs: bathroom, separate wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 cot), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single beds).
The cottage is also suitable for the reception of young children: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, security barrier for the stairs ...
Neat and warm decoration: in order to preserve the soul of the building, the decision was to combine the heritage of the past and modernity. This house of character combining tradition, light and great comfort, summer and winter, will charm lovers of authenticity. Classified 'Gîtes de character' by Gîtes de France. This label highlights the quality of the architecture, the care given to the interior decoration and the successful integration into the environment.
We have also created a summer lounge, common to the 2 lodgings, which is intended to be a space for meetings and leisure. Here you can enjoy a meal, play table tennis or table football, or simply relax.
The gîte is surrounded by a large 6000m² enclosed plot planted with fruit trees and dominated by a hundred-year-old lime tree. It’s a children's paradise with the pirate ship and the observation box. A summer lounge (common to the 2 lodgings) equipped with a ping-pong table and a table football are also very popular with older children!
