Utah state fair

This home was perfect for our needs. It was only a few blocks from the fair grounds, which was perfect. The house was very clean, had adequate accommodations and plenty of room for our needs. The patio outside was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The hosts were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of.

Why they chose this property

The home is located in the Fairpark neighborhood adjacent to downtown Salt Lake City. The Utah state fairgrounds are west only 1 block. There is shopping center across the street with a Rancho Market grocery store, ice cream parlor, and a few small restaurants and stores. The award winning RED IGUANA Mexican restaurant is only a 3 minute walk from the house and is a must if you have never been there before. Fun eclectic neighborhood walkable to many of the downtown venues.

What makes this property unique

A unique mix of old and new in an amazing neighborhood. We also own and rent the house next door for large groups that in addition can sleep 12 more comfortably.
