Covered lanai balcony access with sliding doors to enjoy a Southeastern ocean view from the third floor. Gated complex offers heated and unheated pools, tennis, shuffleboards, car wash, fitness, clubhouse, grills and private beach walkover. AWD beach entrance for your vehicle. All cooking/baking/dining items in kitchen. Fresh towels/linens provided for use. There is no elevator in this complex. Free and available parking. Restaurants, shopping across in the plaza. As f 6-4-21 Pet friendly condos are limited to 1 pet per condo and breed restricted (NO chow, german shepard, pit bull, rottweiler, doberman). Due to COVID19 bedding has been changed, currently washable thin standard bedding, please bring additional if needed. Pet policy All pets must register with the condo association, pay a $50 registration fee, and display the OVC pet tag while on property
