A modern country cottage set on 15 acres. Perfect for 2 families. In the heart of the Catskills on a quiet rural road. Year round rental with individual heated thermostats and summer A/C window units that you will probably never need. Circulating fans on the cathedral ceilings. Fishing, skiing hiking or just lounge on the back deck & stargaze, bird watch and relax.
Back yard campfire. Cottage has WIFI & smart TV. We live nearby and can interact with you as much or as little as you like.
