My husband and I were really impressed with the cleanliness and amenities! The location was perfect as it was a straight shot to Disneyland where we slent our first full day. The location was also quiet and Anthony responded fast. We will definitely come back in the future!

Everything about this property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, safe, great communication from the host. The bed was super comfy. For being a guest house, it felt very spacious. The entrance is very private and it did not feel like a guest house. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything we needed to do in the area.

House was not cleaned from previous guests arrived after midnight with no check-in information although it was promised requesting my money back so I could go find a hotel. This was the replacement house to the other house that got canceled on me in the same area last minute not a great experience.

Perfect for a couple or a single to stay at. Convenient to the surrounding attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication regarding check in and check out could have been a bit better but the information was produced and once I had the info it was very easy to check in and out. The unit was clean and comfortable. I won't comment on the couch as so many others have but if you're like me you only there briefly and not really needing it. The bed was quite comfortable and I appreciated the walk in shower. Overall I'd say an excellent experience.

The fridge was smaller than in the picture, not a big deal for a couple of days, a longer stay it might make a difference. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Thankfully there was a store within walking distance to get cleaning supplies.

This place is cute and quaintIt is actually a guest house behind the main house.It is perfect for a couple and maybe 1 small childGreat neighborhood with many places to walk to for shopping and food.The SHOWER was amazingI would recommend putting bumpers on the bedframe. My partner left with a large gash in his leg. The walkway between bed and wall is a small place.Somebody complained about the couch, yes it is a bit uncomfortable and if you dont slide it back closer to the fridge yes, you will have a sore neck, but nothing you cant fix yourself.Anthony was responsive and had no issues with checkin.We usually dont visit the same place twice since we like to see all our options.But if you want a cute lil place to hang out definitely book this place.

The only reason why I put 4 stars is because of the sofa and kitchen chairs. They are quite uncomfortable but the bed was great, the kitchen was very nice and easy in and out of the rental. They offer a parking pass to park on the street which is helpful. Very close to Chapman U which was the reason for our stay.
