Very bright penthouse, all renovated, with a splendid terrace. Very close to Fiumicino airport, not far from Ciampino airport, near the Fiera di Roma, near the sea and from here you can easily reach the center of Rome by metro. The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Ample free street parking is available under the building. The apartment is equipped with a free 1 Giga internet connection per day.

Great space

The property was spacious, clean and perfect for our group with two couples traveling together. We wanted to avoid the Rome congestion as that was not where we were traveling. Visiting the historic site is an added bonus.

Welcoming and comfortable

Gabriella was quick to respond to any query I had and reasurred me as this was all new to me. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs and the apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. Both she and her friend were very kind and welcoming to us, especially my young son. We will certainly be staying again.

Good location for next day Fiumicino flight

Stayed one night to be close to the airport for a morning flight, arrived late at night but the checkin was easy thanks to the instructions, easy to find parking as well. The place is ok, it definitely served its purpose. The apartment does have a lot of potential and a remodel should be done soon to highlight its features. Overall was clean, it was only when looking closely in the bathroom or moving curtains behind beds that you would notice a lot of dust coming up. Comfortable beds and good wifi. At least for us a 1 night stay was enough, very easy to drive from Lido di Ostia to Fiumicino airport.

Leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung ist sauber gewesen. Das war schon das positive. Leider war die Spülmaschine kaputt und am Küchenschrank eine Tür abgerissen. Im Schlafzimmer ist bei Regen Wasser durch die Klimaanlage reingelaufen. Die Klimaanlage war so schmutzig und schimmelig, dass wir sie nicht anstellen wollten. Die Betten und Kopfkissen rochen sehr nach altem Schweiß und die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung war sehr hoch, so dass die Handtücher trotz vielem lüften kaum getrocknet sind. Da die Handtücher scheinbar in der Wohnung gelagert wurden, rochen sie ab dem ersten Tag muffig. Die Lage ist ungünstig in Lido di Ostia, da der Weg zum Strand ca 2,5km beträgt und zur Bahn nach Rom Rom 1,5km.

wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Gute Lage, angenehmer sandiger Strand in der Nähe bequeme und leicht erreichbare Infrrastruktur nette Gastgeberin, Nachbarn sowie auch unbekannte Spaziergänger auf den Strassen, ruhige Lage Ich kann meinen Urlaub als 1A mit 7 Sternen bewerten!! Danke Gabriella!!

Das Apartment ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse nicht sehr ansehnlich und schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Unterkunft selbst war sauber. Die Betten sind leider eine Katastrophe. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns auch bei der Reservierung eines Restaurants unterstützt. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Schönes Domizil für Familien-Romreise

Viel Platz, sinnvolle Zimmeraufteilung, nette Einrichtung, alles Notwendige vorhanden, gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Rom Innenstadt, Strand in 20 Minuten Gehweite. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Große Terrasse. Gastgeberin hilfsbereit und stets zeitnah erreichbar. Ruhiges, nettes Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

les descriptions de l appartement ne crrespondent pas avec la realité deçu

terrasse sale salon de jardin vétuste parabole arraché et posé sur un banc fenetres et volets vétuste ainsi que dessus de la facade pas d eau chaude dans cuisine douche baignoire et robinet rideau de douche sale ainsi que les tapis pas de machine a laver appartement situé d un quartier pas tranquille au dit de la proprietaire et celle ci reclame un bon commentaire pas de machine a cafe electrique comme sur la photo moisissure autour de la fenetre de chambre et rideau occultant tenante avec des epingles attention a vos doigts pas de climatisation dans une chambre la proprietaire nous a facturé la taxe sans nous donner le papier de paiement deçu pour cette location heuresement qui nous restions qu une nuit nous lui donnons 2/5 pour la note et pas 5/5 comme sur le site

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement de Gabriella est très spacieux, lumineux et très agréable à vivre. La très grande terrasse est un vrai plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement. Propreté irréprochable, très bon contact avec Gabriella qui a eu la gentillesse de nous autoriser un early check in et un late check out ce qui a beaucoup facilité notre séjour. Bus et supermarché à proximité immédiate de l'appartement. Je recommande cette location ++++
