The house was amazing! We’ve been coming to the area for 10 years and this was the best house yet! So much space for the adults and teens to have ample room. Jeff was the perfect host - very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this property!

I’ve rented homes across the country and across the globe and this was one of—if not the best—rental I’ve ever had. Our hosts were extremely communicative and accessible. The house was gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. Incredible beach views and amenities. We rented both units and would do it again in a heartbeat. A remarkable stay at a remarkable home with remarkable hosts!

Best house in Kure Beach! Our group of 20 people had plenty of space to hang out, eat, & sleep. The house is beautiful & well-stocked, the views are amazing, the pool area is private & thoughtful touches were everywhere. The house is in easy distance to shops & restaurants, and the beach never felt crowded. The hosts were very attentive & amazing memories were made!

Amazing Views and Fantastic Property

We had a large extended family gathering with 22 people ranging in age from 8 to 80. Everyone loved our second visit even more than the first because this house is a very special gem. Incredible views, great location (rent bikes) and so relaxing. Highly recommend!

My family of 16 stayed mid August 2026, renting the entire home. No doubt it was a new, clean, modern home. Over all great experience. The things I would have wanted would have been a way to get back and forth from levels without going outside and /or the elevator went to the 2nd level, not just the 3rd. (my bad for not seeing this in all the literature)When one of our young kids needed something on another floor at night then walking up and down stairs in the dark was a concern. Not enough shade on 3rd floor deck. And lastly, when I asked that the pool be cleaned 1 time during our stay the response was it would be an additional 75. You can imagine with 8 kids we would need the pool cleaned. I thought a small ask for such a pricey home. Way more positives then negatives. Owner/Host very response. Ask far as check in, we checked in on a Tuesday and months prior to our stay I asked if we could check in a few hours early. We ended up being able to check in at 4:05 and workers were still there. Owner did communicate this but it was the day of the check in. Be ware- you can hear every time someone walks no matter up or down stairs-may have been our loud kids :) Again, over-all very beautiful. If we rented here again I would do a smaller group and stay on 2nd floor where the shade is great along with and all the other great features. Again- over all really nice property.

We especially appreciated your patience on check-in day. During our busiest summer weeks, our six-hour turnover window can occasionally be extended when an unexpected maintenance or safety issue requires additional attention. Our crew had to address a sharp fastener inside of the bunk bed drawer issue, it was something that needed to be repaired safely before the property could be fully released. We were glad that Unit A and the rec room were ready on time while our quality control inspector completed her final work in Unit B. I am sorry that we were not able to arrange an additional mid-week pool vacuuming. During peak summer season add-on services like photography, mid-stay housekeeping or extra pool vacuuming are certainly possible, but best arranged in advance so we can reserve the day and time with our pool and housekeeping teams. Wonderful space for our family of 24! Lots of little kids so the beach access was super convenient. We loved all the bunk rooms too. Plenty of space for everyone! The pool was a little on the small side but kept us entertained for sure! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and even spices etc. You do have to exit each floor and go outside to get to the next level. But the kids had fun punching in the key code. And the communication with Jeff, the owner was outstanding!

Family Reunion

This house worked very nicely for our group of 22. The property was very clean and Jeff was very attentive to our needs. Window and doors do need to remain closed at all times to keep the HVAC system working properly so that is just something to keep in mind.

Perfect for a family gathering!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family (ages 5-85) to gather after a memorial service for my mother. We rented both units and had excellent spaces to gather as a large (21 person) group or find solitude as needed. The open kitchen and living spaces and the large porches with ocean views were exactly what we all needed. We watched tons of dolphins and even a few whales from the porch and the brave were able to surf and dip in the ocean! The whole home was pristine and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. This rental exceeded our expectations and we all wished we could stay longer! Thank you!

Beautiful Modern Beach House

This house is absolutely beautiful. As you can see from the listing, it is unlike any beach house I've stayed at on the NC coast in the past. Everything you could need is at the prop, so you can maximize your time enjoying the house, beach, and pool. The owners are extremely communicative, so you should expect to be as well. This is not a party house, so it is important to have that expectation as renters. The result is a beautifully-upkept house. Keep in mind that the floors are separate units, even if you rent both of them (it's important to keep kitchen items, etc. on their original floors). My family had a very memorable stay here and highly recommend it to any future visitors. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and responsiveness of the owners.

Five Stars - fantastic beachfront home!

We were the first renters of the entire property and it was absolutely fantastic! We had a total of five families and 22 guests in the property for the week. The space was great and provided plenty of room and privacy for each family. The kitchens were stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. We cooked dinner in 5 of the 7 nights and loved the Viking appliances in the top unit. Since it was set up as two separate units, it provided extra living space, kitchen space, and other amenities for each family. The location is great too. It's a fair distance from any public access points, providing plenty of room on the beach for bocce ball, corn hole, and other games on the beach. We also enjoyed the private pool and ping pong table on the ground level. The property owners were very accommodating. They answered all of our questions, provided suggestions/tips for the area, and were on call for any issue/questions we had during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Outstanding Property!

We had a large family gathering with 11 adults and 11 children. This home is gorgeous and well stocked with incredible views, we were able to see the weekly Thursday night fireworks from the deck, watch the moonrise over the horizon and enjoy a fabulous week together. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. It was a perfect week.

Perfect Beach Family Vacation

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with all 21 family members and plenty of room on two levels with two kitchens very well equipped for our family. Very clean, and gorgeous ocean view, short walk to beach, and great pool for the kids. Our host was amazing and very attentive to making our perfect family vacation. Hope we can return sometime soon! Loved the Kure Beach weather.
