About this property

New comfortable villa, located 500 meters from the beach and close to the 2 golf courses.

The villa is a new construction (November 2019), fully equipped, with a paved driveway and parking for 2 cars. At the rear, the villa has a large terrace and a garden.

Very bright, you will enjoy a beautiful living room with a sitting area, dining room and open fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, extractor, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ...). The dining room includes a table for 8 to 9 people. Two high chairs are also available on site.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed and a private shower room with Italian shower.
The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs: A mezzanine gives access to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private shower room.
A full foldable cot is available on site.

For golf lovers: the house is located 4 minutes from the Golf des dunes and 5 minutes from the Golf des Pins.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir sind mit der gesamten Familie (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) verreist und das Ferienhaus war hierfür perfekt. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch ist der Strand und der Ortskern fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber, die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen der Realität. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 cm) und ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. 2 Toiletten und 3 Bäder sind vorhanden, sodass es keinen Stau gab (im Untergeschoss sind Toilette und Duschbad getrennt)... Die Woche Urlaub ging rum wie im Flug. Wenn wir wieder in der Ecke Urlaub mit 8 Personen machen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank an den Besitzer für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe. :)

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison moderne et très bien équipée , vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin et à la moindre question le propriétaire vous répondra très gentiment. La maison est au calme tout en restant assez proche de la mer et du centre ville pour pouvoir se déplacer à pieds si on le souhaite. En bref une adresse à retenir si l’on souhaite passer un bon séjour sur Hardelot .
