About the host
Hosted by Sarah Orchard
My husband and I live in Kent but regularly stay at the property, ensuring it’s maintained to the high standards we expect. We love escaping to the village’s hidden-away location and immersing ourselves in its unique charm.
Why they chose this property
We know Coverack well—in fact, I’ve spent family holidays there all my life and have many happy memories of long, carefree summers. My parents rented this property when I was a child, and I even took my first steps while steadying myself on the granite birdbath in the garden. We bought the house in 2014 and completely renovated it. Centrally located just minutes from the harbour, restaurants, and beach, with the South West Coast Path passing right outside the door.
What makes this property unique
Mesmerising sea views, stretching from the beach round to Chynhalls Point. The house has recently been renovated to a high standard throughout. The house is very conveniently located. It is minutes away from the harbour, restaurants and village shop. Your own off-road parking area for 2 medium sized cars.
