This charming 18 century cottage on the Lizard Peninsula can sleep six people in four bedrooms.
Penrose Farm Cottage is an attractive 18th Century cottage in the secluded hamlet of Rosenithon near St Keverne on the Lizard Peninsula, with excellent sea views. The cottage has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep six people. There is a sitting room with sea views, dining room, study and kitchen for rustling up a bite to eat. The garden is on two levels with an attractive sheltered patio - perfect for alfresco dining or sitting with a chilled drink - and a large raised lawn which backs onto green farmland. Sorry, no smoking. Suitable for family and friends, Penrose Farm Cottage makes an ideal holiday bolthole close to the coast and countryside.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-drier, dishwasher, Sky, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars plus a garage. Two well behaved pets welcome at £15 each per week. Sunken garden with furniture and barbecue.
