Great starting point to discover Cornwall

Great vacation home with amazing furnishings, also very well cleaned. The kitchen invites to cook and eat at home rather than going out for dinner. Located in the center of Cornwall almost all must-see locations are reachable within about an hour by car. Although the owner family was on vacation abroad themselves, everything was well organized/described and they were fast and easy to reach.

Fantastic house, very comfortable in a quiet place. Ideally situated to visit Cornwall.

Very nice garden with some equipments for children. There are also a lot of toys in the house. Ross, the owner, is very sympathic and available if you have questions. Truro is very close and offers a lot of shops and stores. There are a lot of interesting places to visit around Perranwell. Highly recommended.

Wonderful house in a perfect location

The house is perfectly located for exploring Cornwall and sometimes leaving the car behind. There is a train station within a 5 minute walk to go to Truro and Falmouth. The house offers a lot of comfort, high quality, very nice furnishings, lots of space and a lot of taste and details in the interior design. A house to feel good and relax. Ross was a perfect host. Everything worked perfectly and we can highly recommend the accommodation.

Wonderful Cornish family home

Perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall. Situated on the outskirts of the village with a well stocked shop and great pub with good food. The village is equidistant from Truro and Falmouth and both south and north coast beaches are easily reachable in 20 minutes(essential choice for the changeable Cornish weather). The house is comfortable and warm and has a wonderful family feel. The owner Ross is available to meet and greet and give advice on the house and the locality, a welcome touch.Highly recommended .

Realy nice and clean house. Very quiet area. Very convinient location between two towns and cool beaches around. Owners are very helpfull and even give you information pack about atractions around. Wine as a welcoming gift is a nice touch (thanks). Would recomend it to anyone.

By the end of the week the kids were ready to move in permanently! Lovely decor and homely feel. Great view from the front of the house over the hills. Idyllic village with shop and pub down the road. Great location for exploring Cornwall.
