Your stay at Vallon Pont D'Arc

Recent and modern independent maisonette of 35 m² on fully fenced courtyard of 80 m². Terrace with pergola facing south with a magnificent view of the vineyards and the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, in a quiet and peaceful area.

Situation:
Less than 10 minutes walk from the village center and its shops, 5 minutes walk from Intermarché.
2km from the entrance to the Gorges de l'Ardèche nature reserve where you can have the pleasure of discovering, among other things, the Pont d'Arc and the Pont D'Arc Cave.

The rental is air conditioned and fully equipped to accommodate 4 people:
- adult bedroom with 140X190 bed
- small children's room with bunk beds in 90
- fitted kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, 6-place dishwasher, microwave / grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
The kitchen overlooks the living area with a sitting area and TV and DVD player.
- Outside: garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Know that the household linen is not provided
Rentals range from Saturday (from 4 p.m.) to Saturday (before 10 a.m.).
Possibility to rent weekends or short stays out of season.
Animals are not allowed.

Our payment terms:

A 30% deposit is required upon booking.
The balance will be requested 7 days before arrival and a deposit (refundable depending on the exit inventory) of 200 euros will be requested on the day of taking possession of the premises.

We inform you that we do not accept holiday vouchers.

For additional information: the rental is bordering with the owners' residence.
