Peaceful getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ossi. The cabin was stocked well and very clean. The bed was very soft, cozy & super comfortable The patio was where we enjoyed most of our time as it had the most beautiful views, and at night you saw an amazingly star lit sky.

This was the perfect getaway. From the hot tub and lovely view of the mountains. To the amazing star filled night sky. This place had great trails with creeks. Me and my dogs had a blast out here. Was actually pretty sad to leave. 100% recommended.

Very beautiful scenery from the cabin and surrounding area. Well appointed cabin. Hot tub was the best. A bit warm for hiking but really enjoyed our stay. Robes and pet bowls we're a nice touch. We want to return.

Wonderful, Everything was very clean, beautiful views, all the things you would need to stay for awhile and be comfortable. Pet friendly the peace and quiet was so amazing. We live in the city. It was so nice to get out in the country. It was our one year anniversary we live in Southeast Texas. Escape the crowds and enjoy sunsets

Ossi Cabin was our choice for our fourth anniversary getaway. We enjoyed coffee and wildlife from the front porch in the morning and beautiful sunsets and night sounds from hot tub on the back deck. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great Get Away Cabin

We so enjoyed our time at this cabin. The cabin is very nice, comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was amazing. The view from the back porch and hot tub is OUTSTANDING!! We loved it, we will definitely be back.

This is a fabulous little cabin. Exactly as descibed. Not sure what the deal is with some of the reviews stating it's NOT secluded. Yes, there is another cabin a ways away but nothing that will impact your stay or privacy. Trent and the owner were awesome. We will be back!

My spouse and I absolutely loved our stay in the cabin! The view was beautiful, and the first night I saw several shooting stars thanks to the clear skies. Hopefully during the next stay it won’t be so dry and we’ll be able to use the fire pit.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin. The view was amazing and our stay was awesome. Would absolutely recommend. Located close enough to gas, food, convenience store, but far enough away to feel secluded.

Weekend Getaway

The listing can be a bit misleading in terms of the seclusion, as the property includes 4-5 other cabins within the 40+ acres. However, we found it to be beautifully furnished and perfectly sized for a warm and cozy stay. Despite the rain and fog during most of our visit, the views were tranquil and serene! We even ventured down to Turtle Hole for an enjoyable nature walk

Great stay

The road leading up to the area was pretty narrow, and not in the best shape, so just a heads up to others. Also, I didn’t realize this was a place with nearby cabins. For some reason I thought it was a solo cabin on fifty acres. I may have just misread the listing wrong though. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Perfect getaway!

The Ossi cabin was the absolute perfect setting for our weekend getaway! The entire cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub and deck were the icing on the cake and you can’t beat the view!!!! We will be back!

Nice small cabin, perfect fot 2. Showers a little small, and it could use some more lights in kitchen. Everything was really clean and tidy. Overall i was pleased. I would rent again

Beautiful view!

The cabin had a beautiful view! There is one cabin in the area but was not occupied so we were completely secluded. Cabin was nice and clean. We did not have wifi and the movie box wasnt working. We went for peace and quiet so we didn't even reach out to see if it could easily be corrected. We really enjoyed our time!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at Ossi.The inside of the cabin was very clean. Had everything we needed for a short stay.The outside of the cabin could use some updating and cleaning. There is a large garage across from the cabin that you see when standing on the front porch. The Issi cabin is directly to the left and within earshot of the Ossi. So you’re not really secluded. The back deck furniture is dirty, rundown and mismatched. There were hoses and tools laying around the perimeter of the cabin and on the deck, curtains around the hot tub were dirty and torn. There was a good amount of debris from dead trees lying around that took away from the view. Cleaning all that up and making an effort to make it nice could make a world of difference and really enhance the overall experience.
