About this property

This colorful 2nd floor balcony suite is located in the sweet spot of the building, right in the middle, which is close to the pool and beach access. There is a small table on the balcony if you want to have breakfast with the sunrise. This condo has a full kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven. The large 32" flat screen TV in the living room will be your only distraction from the beautiful ocean view. The queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room has a memory foam mattress and provides the perfect accommodation for your guests in the living room area. The bathroom is cheerful with a brand new tub and well lit vanity area. The private bedroom has a brand new Serta queen bed in the bedroom will be the perfect spot to enjoy the ceiling fan and the 26" flat screen TV. This unit has laminate flooring in the bedroom so it might just be the perfect beach condo for you! NO PETS ALLOWED.

Great Location But....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sorry to say I got bed bug bites along the trunk of my body. They are in the sofa, as that is where I slept, not the bed. However, they could be in the bed, as well. I don't know. Just know I have bites.

Spring break with our granddaughter.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental 212 was great! Our only complaint was the bed wasn't comfortable,A/C was pretty loud in bedroom making it hard to sleep, and there were what we assumed was sand Nats but we sprayed with bug spray. We have been coming to beachers lodge for over 20 years and will continue.Overall these were minor inconveniences.

Reviewer Comments: Oceanfront was Fabulous. Slept with the screen pulled. What a sound to lull you to sleep.Room was what I'd expect for a one bed/one bathFront desk not helpful at all. Asked for info on regards to Uber/Cab/transportation to St Augustine. Have had better responses in the past from off site VRBO owners.Housekeeping excellent.

Valentine's Get Away

Great property, as pictured. Spectacular views from 2nd Floor private balcony. Clean and quiet during our mid-week stay. Everything you need in kitchen, bath and furniture for a comfortable upscale hotel room. Ample parking and accessible ramps and elevator. Heated pool and large deck area with private elevated walkway to the beach.
