About this property

This 2nd floor balcony suite has an incredible view of the ocean with a palm tree gently swaying just off the balcony. This condo is furnished with upscale rattan furniture in a tropical motif and equipped with a 42" flat screen TV. The bedroom has a king size bed and a 25" flat screen TV. There is a memory foam mattress on the queen sleeper sofa for added comfort. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom areas, full kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven, tile floor is the perfect condo for a beach holiday. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Beach vacation stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and staff. Loved it right on the beach. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean but a little run down. I guess that’s why it was rated a silver star. The bath could use updated too. We were really disappointed in the tv service. Not the cable service you think you are going to have. Mostly antenna tv. We had to stream tv on living room tv but bedroom tv was old & didn’t have that option. We are going back in September and have reserved a gold rating unit, hoping this unit is more updated. Overall, we love the location & staff and complex. Beautiful ocean views from balconies.

Labor Day retreat

Typically we’ve stayed in pet friendly units but this was our first trip without a dog. Quite pleased with unit #217. And will remember it for our next beach get away.
